Nurses with specialized informatics expertise are key for successful organizational digital<br> transformation. These nurses work in informatics specialized roles, such as the nurse informaticist, the informatics nurse specialist, the clinical nurse informatics specialist, and the Chief Nursing Informatics Officer. The nurse informaticist's; roles are becoming commonplace in most healthcare systems to support digital health integration in Canadian healthcare. Therefore, it is important to increase awareness among nurses, policymakers, decision-makers, and healthcare organizations about this role.
